Call us Monday – Friday during regular business hours, and we’ll commission or notarize your documents within 1-3 business days, and often on the same day! We offer multiple document discounts too, so you can bring all of your documents in, and have them notarized together for a reasonable fee. The best part is that, thanks to our flat rate fees, you’ll know what exactly what you’re paying before you come to our office.

When you call us, we may ask that you email us a copy of your documents before meeting with us, if possible. This helps us ensure that we’re well prepared, and that your appointment runs as smoothly as possible. If you require a Notary, or if you’re signing a Personal Guarantee, or an out-of-province real estate transaction, one of our experienced lawyers will meet with you to execute your documents.
