At ZED Legal, our flat rate Wills & Estate Planning fees are our ‘all-in’ prices. You can rest assured that we won’t charge you for any hidden disbursements, hourly rates, or office charges. With our flat-rate Wills & Estate Planning fees, you can be certain that the price above is ALL that you’ll pay, along with any applicable GST.
What our Flat Rate Wills & Estate Planning Fees Include
We firmly believe in the importance of transparent pricing for legal services. Our flat rate Will Package fees include an initial consultation of up to 60 minutes with an experienced Calgary Wills Lawyer, 3 detailed, customized documents (Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive) for each you and your partner (6 total documents for a couple). We send you drafts of each document for your review and make any requested changes to the documents prior to signing, and at no extra cost to you. We also answer any questions that you may have after your initial consultation via email or telephone, so that you can be assured you’re comfortable with your estate planning documents come signing day. On signing day, we book at least 60 minutes to review all 3 documents with you in detail, answer any final questions you may have, and to sign your Will, Enduring Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive.
